Can a GC holder apply for GC of brother?

Hi,

My sister got married to a US citizen in 2010. Now, She got her green card through her marriage. Her GC is valid for 2 years. I would like to know if She can apply for green card of our unmarried brother who is an IT professional in India. Can she apply for our parents also?

Your sister cannot apply for her unmarried brother. Only when she becomes a US citizen, she can apply for her brother/s.

At the moment Green card holders can only apply for their spouses and Children, and their unmarried Sons and Daughters.
