India US Travel Ban

Hi,
My mom was issued a F4 immigrant visa. I have been issued a F43 visa (dependent on my mom's visa) to the US. The visas are valid. The petitioner is 52 years of age and my mom is 57 years of age. We wanted to know with the India US travel ban are we allowed to travel to the USA ?

Yes, you can travel to the US. There is a national interest exception for all immigrants (i.e. immigrant visa holders).
