Visa Application/Divorce Not Final

My wife and I are going through a divorce which will be finalized on 9/13. She had met a Turkish man online and went to Turkey to meet him which is the reason for the divorce.. She came back and now has plans to bring him to United States. On the application she has that he will be residing at our home which we own but are currently in process of selling. There is no way that this man will be staying in my home. Her plan is to marry this man when our divorce is final which is fine with me. She also states on application that this man is divorced from his previous wife, a Russian citizen. This I have heard also is false. There is also a question who will be supporting him when he arrives, currently my wife does not have the means to support herself and her 11 year old son. She works part time at Providence VA Medical Center. The house will be sold any day now and she really has no money to make a move.

I just want pass along this information to someone. I have spoken with my wife and suggested she wait several months until legal issues with our marriage and selling of the home before pursuing this visa application. She insists on filing this application for his visa as soon as she can.

I appreciate any consideration you can give this matter and any suggestions you may have concerning this matter.

She can't get married now until she is divorced first.

Unless she is able to support all of 3 of them, her new husband can't get green card.
