Hi all,
My brother-in-law applied for a spousal visa for his wife in India, and she just got the Visa delivered today which says it was approved on May 7 2021 valid up to May 18 2021. This has to be a mistake.
It is a CR1 Visa.
He was planning to travel after 2 months to go and get her after his sister's wedding next week.
Who or where should he contact to correct this? He does not plan to travel until the conditions are better in India.
