I 751 Green card waiver spouse abuse annulment divorce

Hi,

I have a conditional Greencard which will expire in 18 months. My wife has
left/abandoned me
and gone to live close to her Ex-boyfriend. She is trying to withdraw her I-
130 application
(I guess that is not possible now right?), and she is trying to get
annulment/divorce.

1. She has physically hit me and broken my forehead few years ago, she has
been mentally abusing me
for almost 6 months now. As soon as I got my GC she started to be angry at me
almost 24x7 and told me she was leaving me and I have two options - either to
find someone else or wait for her 9-10 years knowing the fact that my status
would be in jeopardy after 2 years.

2. Now she is using her EX-boyfriend (lawyer) to file that I financially
coerced her into marriage, though the fact is that she was working for her ex-
boyfriend's office before she met me and then she left the job herself after
she met me, she never worked a day after that).

3. Can I file for mental abuse and file for annulment based on the fact that
she never intended to be with me, she just married me because she saw an
opportunity of having me as a financial source, while she stays closer to her
ex-boyfriend.

4. I have been taking her abuse since I met her, I loved her so I took her
abuses but she crossed her limits of abuse when she said she will leave me to
live in the same apartment complex with her ex-boy friend, thousands of miles
away from me.

Advise on what should I do, If I knew this before I would have not gone into
all of this. I have a Masters degree and had H1B and would have started my
employment based GC process 4 years ago, when I met her...I have all the
documents to prove that my intention was pure.

I know this is from a long time ago, but do you have an update on this case? I hope everything is good.
