F2A I-130 & I-485 legal status question

Hello.
Maybe someone have same experience or know for sure if its possible to file I-130 and I-485 concurrently (my spouse LPR) if I already have I-140 (NIW) and I-485 pending, used EAD card with advance parole to travel, therefore my I-94 has admission category DA (advance parole district auth)?

Did you maintain nonimmigrant status until right before you left the US?

Did your spouse become an LPR before or after you got married?
