If my dad who is a US citizen is going to file the i130 for me, and I live in the UK. What do I need to provide with the i130? Do we need birth certificates? I was born in India and do not have a birth certificate? Will the US accept an affidavit of a birth certificate. Who do I need to get it from? A notary public, a solicitor or a commissioner of oaths?
