I am getting ready to finalize all my Documents For Aos under 245i/CSPA and i was told by a lawyer that i need to file a I-824 because i am filing under Cspa, Is this correct, can someone please provide a checklist of all the forms needed to be filed if you have a similar situation also provide all the fees.
This is what i have so far.
Aos under 245i F4
I-485 - application to adjust status $930
I-485A- supplement to I-485 (1000) penalty
I-765- Work permit
I-325- Biometric information $80
I-693- Medical exam
I-864- Affidavit support
copy of 1-94 card
copy of b1/b2 visa
copy of birth certificate
copy of Sponsor naturalization
Proof of being here on dec 2000
TOTAL FEE 2010 for each person
