Having successfully managed my wife's immigration to the US in 2015, I am now attempting to manage her petition for her son. We provided CEAC with all the requested documents plus two that the Ho Chi Minh consulate asks for. The last documents went in on 21 May 21. On 21 Jun 21 we got a message on the CEAC site that reads as follows. "NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov." As I firmly beleive that all required documents have gone in, how can I tell what they feel is lacking. Replies are not allowed where the messages were delivered. I have made an inquiry at the link to "Ask NVC Form" but I suspect that a reply will not be forthcoming soon if at all. I suspect that the problem may be based on poor quality of the documents that i had to compress, but which ones? If they are telling me that they don't have all documents, it seems to me that they should say which ones. Has anyone had this experience? Thanks in advance.
