i-485 Lack of Birth certificate. Help.

Hi,
I wanted to see if anyone has experience with the same kinda situation i am in. Please share your experience or advise.

I am filling for my parents greencard and neither of them have birth certificates however i do have my birth certificate.
I also have both parent's affidavits that attest to their birth in country of origin.
My question is, has anyone gotten approved by the INS without the certificate of No-record birth available.

Any advise on the above matter would be great and highly appreciated
