urgent help about i864

i askea question about i864?
my husband doesn't have any income and never pay tax till imigrant!!!!!
now nvc asked him to fill out i864 but as u know he can't .so i searched figure out that he somebody as a joint sponsor can fill i864 +i864a .
now i don't know should my husband fill i864 or the jonit sponsor is ok
which part of 3 part of i864 should fill with my husband?

i'll assume ur husband is the petitioner, and ur the applicant
i think ur husband still needs to fill out i864 , no matter what his income his even if its zero. also the joint sponsor will also need to fill out i864, if he/she doesnt live with ur husband.
who is this joint sponsor, does he/she live with ur husband?

That is correct, no matter what, your husband the petitioner still needs file an I-864 and the co-sponsor will file an I-864a along with your husband.
