  • I-864 Part3 question9 and Part5 question 21a-g

    hi guys, just paid AoS bill online and getting ready to receive and fill out form i864 so i need all ur help once again particularly on part 3 question 9 and part 5 question 21a-g
    i will show u how i would answer those questions based on how i interpret them and pls correct me if im wrong
    heres my situation
    i am the petitioner , green card holder
    beneficiaries are my wife and my 6yr old son
    my sister ,who i live with ,will be acting as a household member to help me meet 125% poverty guideline for household of 4 (me,my wife, my son, my sister)

    i864 for wife **** **** **** **** **** * i864 for my 6yr old son
    part 3 **** **** **** **** **** **** **part 3
    question 9 **** **** **** **** **** ** question 9
    [tick check box] **** **** **** **** * [tick check box]
    put N/A not applicable or leave blank ** put n/a or leave blank
    because my wife and my son has their own separate visa petition, correct? as stated in the instruction.

    part5 **** **** **** **** **** **** ** part 5
    21a = 1 (my wife) **** **** **** **** * 21a = 1 (my son)
    21b = 1 (myself the petitioner) **** **** 21b = 1 (myself)
    21c = 0 (my wifes already in 21a) **** * 21c = 1 (my wife)
    now 21d a little tricky for me
    21d = 1 ? (put my son here even **** **21d = 0 (hes already in 21a)
    though i never declare him
    as a dependent? on tax returns)
    21e = 0 **** **** **** **** **** **** * 21e = 0
    21f = 0 **** **** **** **** **** **** * 21f = 0
    21g = 1 (my sister) **** **** **** **** 21g = 1 (my sister)
    total = 4 **** **** **** **** **** **** total = 4

    pls verify if my intended answer are correct, otherwise , pls correct me thanks
    all inputs will be very much appreciated thanks!

    Is your sister really your household member? If not just ask her to fill a I-864a.
