Filing I130 - need urgent help

I am in the process of filing I-130 for my spouse. Her Birth certificate is not available and it will be a few weeks before it can be arranged.

I don't want to delay filign I-130. So it is it possible to file I-130 now and submit birth certifcate later?

It is better that you wait a few weeks for the birth certificate of your spouse and then file the I-130. Otherwise you risk delay or even rejection in approval. Also sending birth certificate of your spouse later will complicate the process as you won't have any reference number to quote when sending that document. Better late than incomplete!!!!!!
