Can I sponser my Sister?

I was born in England, have been in the US for 12 years and will soon become a US Citizen, as I have had my Greencard for 5 years.
My Sister who is also English wants to come to the USA too.
She is 35 years old and married with 2 children under 5.
Can someone tell me if I can sponser her and her family and if so, how long would it take?

Once you become a USC, then you can sponsor her. You are looking at nine plus years wait time.
