I-130 Approved but request to change Consular process

Hello Everyone,

I have I-130 approved for my dad. I had selected Mumbai location for Consular processing but he is in USA now. Given COVID backlog in India for USA Consulate, I would like to file adjustment of status in USA only.

Any advise or suggestion/next step will be appreciated.
