I'm currently a US citzen, my wife is not, she is here on a visitor visa, we went ahead and obtained a civil marriage certificate in VA.
Right now were in the process of submitting all paper work necessary,
I-130
i-485
i-765
I-864
G-325A for my self
G-325A for her as well.
Can someone here who has a similar situation please confirm if we need other forms, and what type of supporting documentation is needed?
We currently are sending the following
marriage certificate
spouse birth certificate (translated + notarised)
Bank statement showing joint accounts and shared address
My Citzenship certificate
Copies of her passport
copies of her Visa
Copies of her I-94 entry.
My personal Tax return documents for the last 3 years.
The 2nd question I have, do I send it the I 765 application along with it in the same package? I'm assuming to the Chicago lock box.
