filing Green Card for Parents???

Hi Friend,
I need some help regarding filling green card for my parents. I have following questions ...I would be real thankful if you can help.

1) I live in NJ and my sister lives in NV . We both are USC. Please advice where we should there's GC in NJ or NV...So that it takes less processing time ? and GC comes faster ????

2) What forums needs to filled ...I understand we need to file I130 ,485 , EAD and AP???

3) Any tracker that can tells me the processing times.....

Hi,

You or your sister can file for your parents. There will be no difference in the processing time.

Where are your parents currently? Irrespective if they are in US or outside you will have to fill I-130 - one for your mother and one for father.
