I have a E2 visas and my brother woud like to sponsor me for my greencard
1- step fill out I-485
2- step fill out I-693 medical(this one it s confuse)
it is the correct process

If your brother hasn't file an I-130 for you, he needs to file one first. The visa number availability waiting period is about nine plus years.

There are other forms needed too. At this moment, ask you brother to file an I-130 for you. If you are married and have kids, you must include them on the form. If now single with no kids, you can always add them once you get your visa number available to you.
Previously it use to take 11 to 12 years, currently 9.5 years. Chances are the wait time my decrease in future. Apply immediately as this category may be eliminated in future.
