130/485/131 How long will take for AP

I'm filing greed card for my parent they are already in US.
I have couple of questions, can some one help me out.

Can I send all the forms 130/485/131(AP)..etc together to one lockbox in Chicago ?

After filing 130/485/AP, Can my parents fly out of the country and come back with old Visitor visa valid through 2015 before getting green card.

How long it will take to get an AP if apply 130/485/AP together ?

Is there any way to get AP faster by going to local office ?
