How to add a second baby to i 130 form ?

I need help please for a friend. He has already filed form i 130 in 2007 for his sister. She get a second baby, how do I add her second baby into the petition?

Hi,
I don't think, you can add while petition is pending. As per my knowledge, you don't require to add at this point. When your relative is apply for visa at US consulate/embassy, they can apply for kids with additional proof.
If you have more questions, you can check with Immigration Attorney and make sure.
