I-130 petition for alien relative (siblings)

Dear all,

Please advise on what supporting documents I submit with the i -130petition for my brother.


My Brother is married so his family member becomes derivative benefieries.

I know I have to submit his birth certificate but Do I also have to submit birth certificate of his wife and children with i-130?

You don't have to submit any documents regarding derivative beneficiaries now, just brother.
