Hi,

I mailed an i-864 for my wife last week. I was laid-off in March and didn't meet the income requirement. Currently I am working part-time. I used my aunt who I reside with as a join-sponsor. How long will it take NVC to verify all the information? How long will it take to have the case transfered to the U.S consulate in the other country?

Please advise!

As per my very recent experience it took my I-864 & I-864A 21 working days to be reviewed.
