I am applying for a greencard based through my US citizen wife now.

I want to confirm how many (passport type) photos are required.

For I-130: one for my citizen wife and one for me.
For I-485: two for me
For I-765: two for me

Total: one for my wife and five for me.

Is is right?

I have an additional question.

Can I pay the fee for I-130 using my check (under my name)?
For some reason, my wife does not have a bank account and I only have my bank account.
Do you think it will be OK just to pay every fee using my checks?
