Green card interview - petitioner/spouse unemployed

I have a green card interview in 6 weeks time. I am the applicant and my wife is the sponsor/petitioner. I am currently employed making close to $120K whereas my wife quit her job in July 2021. When we sum up the income she made between January 2021 to June 2021, it's higher than the minimum amount required for a sponsor.

How should we go about declaring her unemployed status during the interview? What information should we compile to make our case stronger?

We ideally don't want to go down the route of revising and filing the I864.
