Hello, my question is if I can get by being a parent of a U.S. citizen some kind of visa or green card?. My son is now five years old and I live in Italy.

If your son is 5 years old and a US citizen then he cannot file for a green card for you (parent) until your child is 21 years old.

As per USCIS:-
If you are a U.S. Citizen, you may petition for the following relatives, as long as you can prove the relationships:
Husband or wife;
Unmarried child under 21 years old;
Unmarried son or daughter over 21 years old;
Married son or daughter of any age;
Brother(s) or sister(s), if you are at least 21 years old.
Mother or father, if you are at least 21 years old.
