I will really highly appreciate any help

I am a US citizen and i looking forward to immigrate my family in India to US Duh: it is not an easy task .

Q1. My mother already has visitor visa. Is it better to apply for her greencard while she in india or should I file an I-130 form once she comes to US on visitor visa. I have heard that filing 1-130 from US while your parent is already in US results in faster processing of application?Please advice

Q2. How long does it take to get green card for Parent eg- 6 month --1 yrs
Please give me an approximate(rough) time period.

Q3. Thinking farther in future when my Mother get a green card and she applys for unmarried Children(Unmaried Brother) over age 21 , How long will it take to issue him a green card provided he remains unmarried until green card is granted. Please give a rough time period 3Yrs - 5yrs etc.

There is no rough or smooth estimate as everything depends on your case file and the USCIS but I suggest you read USCIS website for processing times.

Your mother will be eligible to apply for your unmarried brother when she becomes a Green card holder. She cannot apply for married children when she is a Green card holder. She will need to pass the interview and citizenship requirements to get US citizenship.

If I were you, I would file for your brother ASAP.

Your mother should be able to file for your "UNMARRIED" brother as a green card holder. My mother filed for my siblings who were unmarried whilst she was a green card holder. Unfortunately, they are the ones who are not interested and returned home. The rest of us who are married had to wait until she became a citizen. It took my unmarried siblings exactly eight (8) years. I am told it is shorter now. I think they are the F2B category. You, as a U.S citizen could also begin filing for your brother immediately and he can use which ever comes through first. All the best !
