I'm on H1B and recently got married. Should I inform HR about my marriage?

Hello,
I'm 2nd year of my H1B. My company is sponsoring my green card through employment . I'm currently at PERM stage and haven't heard anything back yet.
I just got married last week and haven't started any marriage based-green card application. I haven't moved to my husband's place yet but I plan to do it soon.
Since my company is sponsoring my employment based green card, should I inform HR about my marriage? I'm not sure how it will affect my employment-based green card application.
I think the answer is yes but it's my first time so I would like to hear if anyone has been in similar situation. Thank you!

Hi,
Your marriage information will not help at this time for filing PERM and I-140. At the time of I-485, Your dependents detail will be required for further process. But, as an H1B Employee, you will need to inform your company for filing dependent visa or tax purpose( Need to issue new W4 form with dependents detail) or any other internal records purpose.
