  • I-94 question when filing I-130

    Hello,

When filing I-130, there is a question about whether the beneficiary has ever been in the US. My brother was here 13 years ago in 2008 on B-2 and I'm unable to find his I-94 record. Looks like this is needed when this question is answered yes. Any idea how to retrieve old I-94 records? The online records are available only after 2013 looks like.
Thanks so much for your help!

I-94 is only asked for if the beneficiary is currently in the US.

Then should the answer to the question for "Was the beneficiary EVER in the United States" be No?

The answer to that question should be Yes.

But answering Yes to that question does not mean you complete the questions about I-94, because the form says that those questions are only to be answered if the beneficiary is currently in the US.

Thank you! So, this question dropdown should be left blank as well right?
What was the beneficiary's class of admission?

I accidentally selected B-2, now unable to deselect it. How can I erase this response? This is for the online form.

              Thank you!

For this question, is the answer NEW DELHI?
At which U.S. Embassy or Consulate location will the beneficiary apply for an immigrant visa?

Is that the only Consulate where interviews are applicable in India?

                Thank you!

I believe both New Delhi and Mumbai process immigrant visas.
