I am single over 21 and live outside the US. My mom will file Form I-130 to petition for me. There is a question on the form about children of the beneficiary (me). I have 2 kids that were born in the US. Should they be listed on the form? They are both minors. One lives in the US currently and the other with me. Can anyone advise?
