My father in law filed for us under F3 on 22nd October 2003, But my son will cross 21 years when we get our turn. I want to know is there any criteria or procedure that my son also can come with us. Any one who know please inform me soon.

Unless he qualifies under CSPA, he can't come.
In that case, you will have to file his family based green card after you immigrate to the U.S.Immihelp Support
