Filed I-130 for parents last Nov

Hi, so we filed I-130 for our parents back in last Nov. There has been no updates since. When we check online, it just says that applications have been received. Nothing has changed since then.
Should we just wait or do we need to contact USCIS via phone or something?

Do your parents have an active visitor visa(vetted by USCIS)? Assume they applied from their country of origin, since it’s not an AOS
