After Green Card RFE

Hello. I filed for my green card in January 2021 with the medical exam. Just last week (October 2021) I had my interview. During the interview, the officer told me that my medical exam is expired and that I should have brought my birth certificate (i forgot to bring it along) and that she will send me a request to submit these documents.

Yesterday I got an RFE for further evidence to support my marriage, however, the RFE did not include a request for a new medical exam or my birth certificate.

Should I submit those 2 items with the RFE or not worry about it?

Hi,
If you can satisfy the RFE with the help of these documents then you can include those. Please note, If RFE is asking evidence to support your marriage and you believe birth certificate will be required for this then you can include.
On another hand, If RFE is not asking about medical report then you may renounce providing them.
