Family based Visa Interview Stuck At Mumbai Embassy

Is anyone getting visa interview at Mumbai Embassy for Family Based cases ,why Embassy is not processing interviews ,as we are Documentarily Qualified and even Priority date is current.

Most of them has same questions. Both Immigrant and non-immigrant visa slots are very tough to capture these days.
