Hello
I came to the U.S on a visa waiver when i was 12 years old with my parents.
I've stayed in the U.S ever since
Graduated school here, Clean record.
Met my Husband 4 years ago recently got married
and just now started filling papers for USCIS with attorney
I'm very nervouse and scared that the USCIS will send me back and then my husband will have to petition for me ( who knows how long this could take and lift the 10 year bar)
Attorneys are telling me that this is a risk i have to take I might get to the interview everything could go great or they could ask me to leave.
I've heard that if you overstay on visa waiver the only way you are forgiven is if you marry a U.S citizen.
If anyone is going thru this or has been please let me know!
