Is it possible to change/update Petitioner after GC is approved for more than a Year?

I am a US Citizen (Petition for Family based) and have filed for my mom's green card that got approved on April 2020. Now my mom has moved to my sister's place in different state and city. My sister wants to update the petitioner info since she is taking care of my mom now. She is asking me for all my documents that i filed with USCIS. I am not comfortable giving her all my documents since it has all my personal info. My questions are, a) Is it possible to change the petitioner after GC is approved, if yet then what's the process? b) Do i need to provide my personal documents to my sister? c) I never created an online account with USCIS so how can she change the address to her address?
