I am a US citizen and planning to sponsor my parents (73 & 66 years) for Green card next month when they are here with us in states.
The main issue is the birth certificates for both. They dont have it. They are both pre-1970 born so maybe bc is not required. But in my mom’s case, her matriculation certificate which maybe submitted as secondary evidence has wrong last name for her. I am planning to get affidavits done from older relatives but not many are there due to obvious reasons.
any suggestions? Anyone know any agent in India who can get Birth certificate for really old folks.
