Hi all,

I am US citizen i need to file I-130 for unmaried brother in India asap
Question is

Q1. If i file i-130 for my unmaried brother today and he gets married before Green card visa is granted to him-- Will the i-130 be considered invalid?

Q2. If i-130 remains valid after getting married---Will it still take same time from when he filled the petition (which is the date he filed i-130 unmaried)

Please advise
I really need help on this
