Hello all! I'm very confused as to which residential address to use for myself on our I-130 and G325A. Here's our story:
I am an American citizen married to a Malaysian woman. We married 1 month ago. I left America and moved into her condo in Malaysia 6 months ago. At that time, I officially used my dad's address in America for all business. I forwarded my mail to that address and changed my bank account to it.
Basically, I've been living with her in Malaysia for 6 months but only on a tourist visa (in and out every 90 days). Which address should I use for myself in the various sections that it asks? One asks where we last lived together, which would be her address, but then another asks what my address is, which would be my dad's house. I imagine this conflicting information would raise some flags. Actually my dad's house in America has never really been my residence, so I almost feel like putting her address for everything.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your time.
