Few questions while filing !-130

I have started filing I-130 for my mom, how do I start an application for my dad under my USCIS account?

Hi Member,
Do you not see the option called File a form Online?
You will need to go option called file a form online then select I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Please note, you must file separate form I-130 for each eligible relatives.

Thanks. Yes I do see it.

Would you be able to please clarify this "Provide information about the beneficiary's spouse and children in this section if they have any."? All my siblings are above age of 21 and married , do I need to include them? Should i also inlcude myself?

Also I do not see anywhere an option to upload birth certificate of beneficiary? Am I missing something. Thank you
