I have been living and working in the US for more than 4 years on the non-immigration TN visa, applied for marriage-based green card recently.
Just now I realized I made a mistake by applying within the 90-day of the most recent entry to the US. I visited my parents in Canada in September and submitted my application a few days later.
I checked the application status online and it seems they have received the application but the process has not started.
Given my situation, is my best option to cancel the application immediately and reapply when I meet the 90-day rule?
