Immigrant visa granted but couldn’t make it to US

I’m a us citizen and I applied for a immigrant visa for mother living in india. She was granted the visa in feb 2020 but she got a serious back injury right before she was supposed to come to US and then corona restrictions started and she missed the travel period.
now she is doing better and how can we bring her to US? Do we need to apply all over again? Thanks

Hi Member,
Since she has a reason to not come at planned date and time, she can travel afterwards with the help of valid status.. But, Since this is case specific, I am suggesting to check with Immigration Attorney or check with consulate/ embassy then plan a travel accordingly.
