I am filing for my wife's Green Card... Her birth certificate mentions her father's and mother's first and middle name but not last name.

Would USCIS accept it?

At this stage as you are just filing for your wife, her birth certificate will not hold that much importance as their last name is not mentioned. When it comes to filling DS-230 and sending her original birth certificate that is when a small problem could arise. To counter that problem you can have affidavits made to clarify the issue.

Tell me is your wife an Indian passport holder?

The Indian passport also contains name of father and mother. Is the last name of the parents mentioned? also is the last name of your wife mentioned in the Indian passport?

Yes. Parent's last name is mentioned in her passport. And her last name is also mentioned in the passport.
