Can my USC wife acts maliciously?

Hi friends,

I got my GC from my USC wife. We share a life 100% together and our marriage is 100% genuine. However, sometimes when my wife gets mad at me, she would threaten to call USCIS or local police station to say I commit an immigration fraud. It is, of course, not true. But I would like to know my options IF she really does that? My I-751 is currently waiting to be processed. Btw, my attorney told us our evidence when we filed were very strong.

I think you are in hard time.. My advise is, please keep all the records whenever you get the threaten.. And in this matter, you will surely need Attorney help.. Please always connect with them and proceed as per their instructions.
