If you sponsored her marriage based green card, you can't get that cancelled right away. She is green card holder from the day she entered the U.S.

What you can do is not support her when it is time for her to get permanent green card towards the end of two years period and her green card will automatically get cancelled.

Please don't punish the kids for what their mother did. Let her have her permanent green card then divorce her.

        fraud

I agree with Daru that kids should not be panished for their mother's deeds.
But here is a different situation. My coworker petitioned for woman he met online, she got a fiance visa, they married within 3 months and I wish I could say they lived happily ever after... But he got some suspicions that she came to USA actually for a green card, not for him. He started recording her phone conversations with her friends and family and... his worst fears came true. He confronted her, she did not admit anything, but acting on impulse he grabbed her hands since she was acting very agressively towards him, and she immediately filed restraining order against him, She lives with her friend, does not have any job, got a lawyer ( pro bono), and presents herself as a victim of emotional, verbal and physical abuse. Her green card appointment is most likely to be in a month or so. Well, I do not know her side of the story. I am curious, does she have any chances to receive a green card( I think, they have to go together for an interview and obviously he will not go) or she must return home ( after the divorce)?
I suppose, it is not very uncommon case.

These are very common cases, and have horror stories both ways. Some looser who can't find a woman will go overseas and find a nice looking gal and bring them here. Then they abuse them and it ends up in a divorce and the victim ends up filing for battered wives GC. On the other hand there are women out there who would marry the looser and then get her green card and seek a divorce. I know one on another site who asked how to divorce here USC husband as she got her 10 GC today.
Now imagine your co-worker who marries a gal who he met online, don't you think he got what he deserves.......

No, I do not think that my co-worker got what he deserved. A fraud is fraud and condoning it will not the change the illegitimacy and immorality of such
actions. Also i do not see my buddy as a looser since a very few here in the forum could match his social status. he lost his wife years ago and just wanted to be happy. I agree however that choosing someone from third world country will always pose the risk of deception and high probability of being used by someone who just want to crawl out from the dark holes hoping for better life in USA or Canada.
By the way, I supposed that here people exchange with an interesting and useful information in order to understand better immigration situations without passing a judgment. The question was what my buddy could do ( if he could do anything) to avoid of being used, and here is a replay in "Dear Abby" style.
If there is nothing to say, nothing to advise, why not just to read the next post ...

I don't really think you got my point and after reading what you had to say, especially about people coming from third world countries crawling out of holes, I wouldn't waste my time and energy with you!!!!!!!!!!
              God Bless!

Sorry, I did not mean to offend you. The dark holes exist everywhere, I was talking about people who are dishonest and trying to get a better life using lies and deception. I am an immigrant myself and I am married to woman who came from so called third world country which I like more than one I came from. If you read you post again, maybe, you might better understand my reaction.
My friend's experience is very different and really sad one, but he'll be all right.
                God bless you too.

Short follow up: the justice prevailed. The lesson to the others: do not hesitate a second to check your foreign wives and husbands meticulously, especially if they are coming from underdeveloped countries. USCIS is not going to do it for you. It is a sad necessity but you will be rewarded finding out why they are here with you.
