Want to apply for family, how long will it take?

I would like to ask if i can apply for my family to come to the USA as an immigrant, i am a green card holder and my husband is US citizen, and how long its going to take?

Also what if my aunt already applied for them ten years ago but maybe there is an issue or something will that effect the previous application?
