Vermont Service Center Processing I-130 or not

I am ready to file I-130 for my wife and New Jersey processing center is Vermont. When I look at the Processing time for I-130 is it showing 10.5 to 13.5 months with last receipt date of Dec 05, 2020. I would like to know if anyone have filed I-130 to Vermont Service center and there application has been accepted or if anyone know if Vermont is processing the I-130 form and USCIS website is not updated.
