i130 for mom and dad - your case can not be found

Hello,
I filed i130 for my mom and dad.
My mom's case is in initial review, but my dad's case has this status.

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

I called the number and wasn't able to get anywhere. Should I be worry about this? I filed in mid July, it is not Oct 1.

Keep calling them again and again, until you hear the answer.

Others here have no way to know what is going on with the case.
