Hi everyone I am filling DS-230 form for me and my mother for immigration visa and have interview date for my mom on october 20th 2010, I am confused at question 31.b of DS-230 part 1 which is "Person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will follow you to the United States at a later date". I have not payed the NVC fee for my immigration visa as few of my documents are arriving late so we payed her fee and her interview is scheduled so my question is what should I fill in that form should I mention my name in 31.b saying I will follow her later to united states as once my documents are ready I will send all my documents to VFS and pay NVC fee and get receipts and cover letter and attend interview when I get the call form embassy... please advice

I will fill in few more details my father applied for I824 petition and my mom is principal beneficiary and I am child and NVC sent mails to both of us to pay fee and attend the interview. -
