back in 2018 I filed for a petition for my ex wife, she ended up getting the green card but we split up shortly after and she left the states and never came back, thus mulling her green card (cr-1)
I finally got the divorce papers finished and signed by a judge here in the US
I’m engaged to wonderful lady from Germany and we were wondering if there will be any complications for filing for her green card after we marry. Anything besides my judgment of dissolution that I should send in? Will USCIS treat my case differently since it’s my second petition?
