Greencard on Basis of Minor U.S. Citizen son?

Hi

I'm IT professionals. I went to USA in 2005 on H1b visa. Then i came back INDIA and did marriage here. Again went back to USA in 2006 June. In 2007 October i had a boy. I apply for US passport from USA they issue it. My visa is expired on December 2008 so I come back to india. Right now my son is with me in INDIA. Is there any opportunity to get green card on his basis. He is minor close to 3 years. I contact one consultalt in Baroda they told me that i can apply for immigration visa. I'll get green card on his basis as a gardian. Is it true? B'z i dont want to waste money on consultant without any perfect information.
Please guide me by e-mail. Thanks for giving such a good and valuable guidance to people who are not familiar with these issues.

That is not true.

He can sponsor you only when he is at least 21 years of age and is making enough money to support you.

Thats correct re filing @ 21 but I am curious about the ''making enough money to support you". I have a very good friend whoose daughter is now 18 and in university. When she is 21 the plan is for her to sponsor her mom. However, daughter will still be in university then. Daughter lives in her uncle's home ( mother's brother ), commutes to school, and the plan is to have him be the joint sponsor as daughter will not be working full time, since she is a full time student. Will a student be able to do this is the question they ask me ? I see no reason why not, but if anyone thinks differently please let me know. Thank you.
